I had a family member admitted here and I want to show my appreciation. The staff is amazing from housekeeping, CNAs, nurses to the management team. I want to give a shout out to Navi and Arely for always having their door open and answering every question I had. I was able to reach out after business hours, even on the weekends and Navi would always answer if we had questions or concerns. Thank you to the whole San Joaquin rehab and nursing team. Highly recommend!

This is a worst place ever. All of the management staff needs to be replaced. It is modern homeless center. People creaming specially at night and very noisy day and night. Bathrooms are a joke, not handicap accessible and you barely can take a walker in there. Only good thing this place going for them is their regular staff which is over worked. They only care about is your money. They will not answer anything after your discharge. I would avoid this place at any cost.

I am a current guest. What I know from experience is that San Joaquin nursing and rehabilitation hospital is filled with skilled and loving nurses and management –and therefore healthy clients. I have atteñded 3 other facilities locally. San Joaquin has them all beat with quality and care.

Currently a temporary resident here and they have lost 2 sets of my clothing getting washed, the food is awful as well, do not come here if you can avoid it

My experience at San Joaquin has been a very positive experience with very professional staff, especially Miss Navi who is passionate about her job, goes out of her way to make sure everything is right and comfortable with family. I had a very positive experience with San Joaquin Nursing Home. The admissions coordinator was kind, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the admissions process. Ruby took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the process feel much less stressful. The building is also clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Overall, I really appreciated the professionalism and care shown by the staff. Thank you to the admissions coordinator and the team for making the experience a positive one!

i was there from feb to march 6 of 2025 for a bad case of pneumonia had alot of nice nurse’s and cna’s and i was there again from dec 21 2025 to feb 6 2026 from having a C.R. on dec 10th and i had to rebuild my strenth back up i had great care..and the activities Amen does. along with Erica She does such an amazing job putting all the arts and crafts together

great facility, very clean and everybody is very nice. no doubt my loved one was taken care of and treated very well during their stay.

Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and the facility is very clean! I felt very comfortable with having a loved one stay here and know they would be treated very well.

I stayed here 3 weeks and every one was helpful the food could be better. At time of discharge Maria and Reina were very helpful making sure Everything was ready for me to go.

My stay at this facility was excellent the rehab was good. All my help was great. Social services Team help me with my time of discharge. The food could of been a bigger portion.

This place kind of sucks the way they do things don’t want to get into the particulars that you may have an open mind but by choice I wouldn’t come back some of the stuff we’re really nice and really tried I appreciated that. Also 2 CNA’s first Lucky very kind considerate always with a and bringing Joy looking out checking on you beautiful heart beautiful person thank you for your kindness and care. Also the night cna Lauren thank you for your care ,patience, attentiveness always checking if I needed anything thank you. If I could comment on the staff i would have no complaints except for a few that could have stepped up their game here and there but for the most part the staff was good treat you nice with respect except for one nurse which I had to put a complaint. My issue with the facility to me is there rehab program Bonita step it up. Because I couldn’t walk or get out of my bed they would say let’s try to stand okay I couldn’t but guess what there’s other things that I could do until I’m able to stand so when I wasn’t able to stand they just walked away and called it good that I did rehab I would have to tell them I wanted to do other exercises or there’s other things that I could do to get to the point where I can stand don’t just say you can’t stand and then walk away and then the sessions were only a few minutes there’s only one time did a guy work with me for 30 minutes which I really appreciated. The physical therapy people were lazy. After I was able to walk I wasn’t able to walk that long so I sat back down and I told him I wanted to do some exercises instead they brought me a paper and sit here and do homework it only took me 3 minutes to walk after that there should have been more time where I could have been doing some exercises but they threw papers on me sit here and do it on your own that wasn’t cool and that happened to me a few times

I made a bad review recently I should have went to social services but I didn’t no to I was new here but since my review everything is good my issues were addressed immediately and they went above and beyond. I have gotten my nails done hair fixed they suppose to set up dental and vision appts for me soon which are much needed do this is a 5 star place would recommend to everyone

This facility is an absolute joke! I can’t believe this facility has not been shut down, it is filthy and unsanitary. The staff is unprofessional and clueless when it comes to healthcare. Do not allow your loved one to stay at this facility.

This is three levels above the facility I was in 6-8 months ago. It’s cleaner! The staff is more friendly and on the ball! The food here is better! No complaints! Activities are fun and always full and everyone is smiling, happy and content.
